Setting your appointment

When an appointment date and time is offered during the initial scheduling of an appointment, customers have 24 hours to confirm that the appointment date and time work for them. If no confirmation is received within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that the offered appointment time will still be available.

Canceling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can come up that may require a customer to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify our us as soon as possible so we can make that appointment time available to other customers. The more notice we have of a cancellation/rescheduling, the more likely we are to be able to rebook the appointment.

Rescheduling

Our goal is to confirm all appointments in a timely manner and make sure customers are aware of scheduled appointments. Clear communication is key to ensuring the availability of appointment times for all customers. We will contact you the evening prior to your appointment to confirm you are still available. If you fail to confirm your availabilty for your scheduled appointment we do reserve the right to cancel the appointment. You may contact us at a later date to reschedule.
