Weather Policy

Our detailing services are heavily dependent on suitable weather conditions. To ensure the safety of our staff and the quality of our work, we may need to reschedule appointments due to adverse weather.

Summer Months (June-August):

·       If temperatures exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit including heat indices, we will reschedule appointments.

·       If there are excessive heat advisories, watches, or warnings in effect, we will reschedule appointments.

Winter Months (December-February):

·       If temperatures drop below 35 degrees Fahrenheit, we will reschedule appointments.

Precipitation:

·       If any precipitation is forecasted during a scheduled appointment, we will assess and reschedule as necessary.

Snow:

·       After a heavy snowfall, if the customer's driveway is not cleared, we reserve the right to reschedule even if temperatures allow. Our staff needs adequate cleared space to detail vehicles.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by weather-related rescheduling. Safety and quality are our top priorities. We will communicate any weather-related appointment changes as early as possible.
